Refund and Returns Policy

At Orange Diablo Design, each product is made to order, which means returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Must provide proof of purchase and photo evidence.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
- Personalized or custom products.
Process:

- Upon approval, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are not accepted.
